Our services
Translation, certification and legal work, all handled here.
Document translation with certification
Each document goes to a translator qualified for that kind of document. Every translation carries the translator's certificate of accuracy, and we can add certification by a Notarial Services Attorney or by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, depending on what the receiving authority asks for.
Document certification and Legalization
A document going abroad is certified in stages. How many stages it needs is decided by the authority receiving it, and we handle the whole sequence in one go.
- Stage 1 Notarial Services Attorney Certified by a Notarial Services Attorney Signature certification Confirms the identity and the signature of the person signing the document Content certification Certifies that the document is accurate and reliable Person certification Confirms the details of a person named in the document, such as the appointment of a representative
- Stage 2 Ministry of Foreign Affairs Certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) Personal documents ID cards, birth certificates, house registration Corporate documents Company certificates, memoranda of association The MFA's fee is charged separately from our service fee
- Stage 3 The destination embassy Certified by the embassy of the destination country Only when the destination requires it For transactions, visa applications, marriage registration or study abroad No two embassies are the same Requirements and supporting documents differ from one embassy to the next. Tell us the destination country and we'll check what you need to prepare. The embassy's fee is charged separately from our service fee
